Why I am starting this blog...

Hey Everyone!

This is my first post on my new blog. I am currently going to be updating the design of it and setting up a new domain for it. However, I'm excited about it so I wanted to write about why I am starting this new blog.

Basically, I am always working on being present and staying in the moment and keeping my mind clear through a number of exercises (mostly yoga and meditation). I am currently on a ongoing journey (hence the blog name for now, it may change) and I am truly and finally enjoying every minute of it! I also have a burning passion to help others somehow! Let me know how I can assist you!

I am going to post things that come to mind on here that hopefully can help people or connect people somehow. I've already starting a new team over @ Kiva for lending money to aspiring Entrepreneurs in other parts of the world (you get your money back at the end after they use it). It's pretty cool, and you can loan as little as 25 bucks. I just lent my first $25 dollars to a tailor in Uganda to help them reach their goals! So cool! Here's a link to the team page if you are interested in joining. The more the merrier: http://www.kiva.org/team/the_journey_blog

Cheers everyone,

Adrian

I learned about the Kiva website through this blog post:

http://goodlifezen.com/bloggers-join-the-blog-with-heart-challenge/

Which came in to me from another great blog named Zen Habits: http://bit.ly/81w3Z8

Which in turn was recommended by my brother Chris: http://twitter.com/cnadeau

Thanks Mary and Arvind! It's a great idea what you have started and I am happy to be a part of it. Hopefully we can all continue to help little by little. Do I need to do anything else to be apart of the Blog with Heart Challenge? Take care.
