Would you like to learn how to "Let Go"?
Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. As most know, I have really been writing a lot of posts on being grateful recently and we also launched a new site geared to being grateful - http://www.begr8ful.com. It's been a great few months since we launched it and we hope that people are really seeing the benefits of being grateful! I know it has helped me a lot to really focus on all the great things we have instead of focusing on what we don't have. I could go on and on about this topic since I am very passionate about it (just check my Gratitude Journal for proof)... but this post is on a different topic...This post is on how we need to "Let Go". Daily, I try to focus (even though it's not always easy) on how important the process of "Letting Go" is. I recently read a great book full of reminders named "The Little Book of Letting Go" and it really opened my eyes to how much we have to learn to let go in our daily lives. Hopefully people understand what it means to let go, but if not we can also discuss that :). A lot of people comment on how positive I am all the time, but I would be lying if I said it was easy and always comes natural to me. Some days are easier than others but I have to constantly remind myself to let go of certain things and to be very grateful for the amazing life I have. I have decided to write a series of posts on Letting Go of certain things that I hope may help others along their Journey. I hope it can create some great conversation.
