Hey Everyone,

I am always talking about how good Meditation is for "everyone". I never realized until recently that people who may be depressed can actually have a hard time with Meditation. It can actually make things worse for them if they aren't careful -- I just thought it would work the same for everyone, but I am learning that is not always the case.
