Is everyday great?

Hey Everyone,

I found this fantastic video while viewing one of my favourite blogs over @ Goodlife Zen today. I write a lot about how to deal with certain instances throughout our Journey's and two things that have really helped me recently is to be truly grateful for things and to enjoy everyday miracles. We all hear that staying in the present moment is the best way to live life. That can be hard for some of us who over think things or feel overwhelmed or disconnected sometimes. But I really do believe, in those times if you can try to be present and REALLY enjoy the everyday miracles that life brings us EVERYDAY than you can feel peace and love in your heart and mind.

I only ask for 2 special requests if you are going to view this video (and I don't ask for much very often):

1. Turn off everything else around you, close all your browser tabs (that includes email, facebook, twitter), turn off the TV, music, etc.

2. If you like this post and video, please feel free to share it with your friends and family - forward it on, share it in Facebook and Twitter - after you watch it of course :)

I hope that you take 5 minutes of your day to view this very special video. As Mary says over at Goodlife Zen mentions, it can change your life by just viewing this beautiful video. I know it did for me.

How do you feel when you watch this great video? Do you feel grateful for what you have and for what we have around us? Please share your thoughts below.

Thanks for your time,
Adrian

Thanks for the inspirational video as it gave me a lot to think about. Today when the sun rises I am going to go outside and take a look at the sky as I don't think I've actually really looked at it since I was a kid.

The hardest part about watching this entire video is closing our my email, Facebook and Twitter. It's amazing how used to noise and the bombardment of information we have become accustomed to and how hard it is now to just focus on one thing at a time.

Thanks for sharing.

@cegeland I'm glad you liked the inspiring video Chad! It's amazing once you start to slow down sometimes and realize the beautiful things around us again (since we were kids). It is crazy how tough it is also to just do one thing these days. I know what you mean by that... I try to work on that daily but it's not easy. Take care!

Good find Ade and thanks for sharing. The guy in the video is an amazing storyteller and I will be playing the video for the kids and Jodi. Some great, simple lessons that we need to be reminded of every once in awhile.

Thanks!

@cnadeau Thanks Chris, I couldn't not share it after I watched it that day. I feel like watching it everyday now, but instead I look out the window and see the real deal and appreciate it!

Great video! In a time when we are bombarded with media from the moment we wake, it is easy to let distraction set in and forget that every day is a gift that we have been given- that we don't deserve and must make the most of. Thanks for the link Adrian.
