Chris Nadeau's Journey...

Hello everyone,

As promised, I have started recording people's Journey's so we can all learn and help each other a long the way (and have some fun also!). I decided to start with an easy one for me to do first, my brother Chris Nadeau. Chris opens up and shares with us how he is making out on his Journey and shares some advice that hopefully might help...

** Video Note: I decided to leave in the opening part of the video of me breathing and trying to relax before starting the "show". It's how I tried to relax since I get a bit nervous and it's kinda funny also. This blog is about being open so enjoy!

Bro, honoured to be your first interview for "The Journey" It's a great idea & looking forward to future shows

Just trust where you are going and go with it. Don't get caught up in the world that is going on in front of you. Just be.

One other thing, don't judge and forget about what others perceive about you.

This is an interesting perspective on the "past" from Robin Sharma... http://www.robinsharma.com/scripts/ic_blog.php?id=588&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email

Really great stuff. It is hard to let things go but I guess if you can move past it quickly... you will learn a lot more and you won't be caught up in it. Hard stuff to learn though.
